*Some spoilers lie ahead--will be warning before said spoilers*

This was a re-read for me and it was kind of like reading it for the first time since I read it a couple of years ago. I own it both in ebook form and in paperback (my sister got the real copy for me at my birthday) and I don't regret owning more than one.

I love this book to the moon and back. I like it more than Twilight, which I love dearly (and they're both written by the same author). I didn't expect to love it as much as I did because I seemed to forget my feels from the first time.

I was squealing with happiness when I finished this book. I read it all today (with the exception of the 13 pages last night) and it went by just as fast as the first time. Do you guys think books fly by when they're ebooks? Because I do. I didn't even realize how long this book was until I got the real version and I went "wait what?" I read it the first time in one night, start to finish, super quickly because it was an ebook. Do you guys do that?

Enough about that. This book was perfect. I was in a reading slump and needed to reread a book, except I think it might have put me in an even bigger reading slump because of how perfect it was. Whoops.

With one of the most unusual friendships and love triangles in reading, this book is a fresh taste for any book lover. Sci-fi, romance, and adventure all rolled into one fancy shmancy book.

I really need to talk about my loves now...so for now I'm gonna leave it at an INFINITY rating and a strong (as in super duper really really very strong) recommendation that you go pick up this book right now.

*SPOILERS AHEAD*

OH MY GOD MY BABIES!!!

Me right now ^^^

Okay so first off my love for Wanda knows NO bounds. She's so nice and caring and amazing! I love her to the ends of all the planets she's lived on! She sacrificed herself TWICE for Melanie. Perfection!

And oh my god the character arc with Ian and Jared and them is just amazing. The way they go from hating Wanda to loving her! I am in love! I want to be a part of this community!

Jamie is the cutest! When he was injured and everyone got pissed at Wanda and Jared for actually going out and trying to save his life?! You better bet that I was cursing at those idiots. Does it matter that it's soul medicine? What should matter is healing Jamie! And the fact that he always stood by Wanda/Mel was the icing on the cake!

Ian is literally so perfect. The movie misses a lot of what makes me love his character, and I even forgot some of it. He's protective and slightly domineering at times but sweet and caring and funny and (still) protective! He's one of my dream guys. I forgot about him when I made my book boyfriends list, but he's definitely in the top 6!
HE'S MINE PEOPLE!!!!!

Jared pissed me off in the beginning (until about halfway through the book actually) which was a good thing, obviously--we needed that to advance the story. I was glad when in the end he wasn't just protective of Mel but also of Wanda. I loved that! I love him! OHMYGOD!
Just look at how he looks happy and approving (in his closed off way) in the background when Wanda gets her new body! So perfect!

Okay okay so Teen Wolf is almost on so I gotta go but I just want you all to realize how epic this book is and how much I love it!

~

Thanks for watching
xoxo
Lauren
